These information establishes the terms & conditions regarding the sale of tickets for the events organized by BUZZBAR EVENTS SRL, through the platform www.elrow.ro. By buying a ticket from this website the user accepts by default all the following terms.

2. Buying tickets

Tickets can be purchased exclusively online through our platform. After finalizing the payment, the ticket will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the buyer.

BUZZBAR EVENTS SRL doesn’t have any responsibility for any errors caused by the buyer’s error in typing the email address or other important data required.

3. Payment menthods

Tickets payment is done exclusively online through the payment processor agreed upon.

All prices are displayed in lei (LEI) and it includes VAT where it is mandated.

No discounts or promotional codes apply.

4. Delivery procedures

Tickets are delivered exclusively in an electronic format via email, in form of PDF or QR CODE.

The buyer has the responsibility to safely keep the ticket for presenting it at the door when the event occurs.

5. Refund procedure

NO refunds or cancellations are accepted for bought tickets, no matter the reason.

Tickets are non refundable and non exchangable.

Please check all the information before finishing up the order.

6. Cashless Balance – Non refundable policy

All the funds charged into your account (wallet) to use during the festival are non refundable. Any amount remaining at the end of the festival cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

It is the participant’s responsibility to use and manage the funds during the festival.

7. Access to the event

Each ticket is valid for one person only, one entry only, except the cases where it is formally announced differently.

The access to the event is permitted on the base of the electronic ticket and a valid identification card.

The organizer is reserving its right to refuse the access to people who don’t comply with the internal rules and code of the event.

8. Cancellation or rescheduling of the event

In case of cancellation due to independent reasons of the organization (force major, extreme weather conditions, legal proceedings), the refund policy will be made public officially on the website www.sunwaves-fest.ro.

In case of rescheduling the tickets remain valid for the further date scheduled.

9. Fraud and unauthorized use

Fraudulent or duplicated tickets are not valid and can result in prohibition from the event altogether:

Any attempt of fraud will be reported to the authorities.

10. Processing of personal data

Buying the ticket(s) means the customer gives the right to process of personal data in order to have the ticket(s) delivered, and receiving updates and important information in regards to the event.

11. Final dispositions

BUZZBAR EVENTS SRL reserved its right to change and update anytime the terms of conditions listed without any prior notice.

The updated version will be published on the website as well, being applied for all future purchases.
